- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags or labels attached.

- Clearance, sale, or final sale items
- Gift cards
3. How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during the return shipment.
- Ship the item back to the provided return address. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will provide you with a free return label and process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
