1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most locations within all over the world. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to international locations at this time. Please check if your shipping address is eligible before completing your order.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods, but we will notify you of any delays.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and the chosen shipping method.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
  • Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (please refer to current promotions or check the checkout page for eligibility).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or issues with product availability) may occasionally lead to shipping delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will do our best to assist you if such delays occur.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately
